Data we collect

Identity and contact details (name, phone, email), registered devices, purchases, answers and results; for proctored tests, photo and video with your explicit consent. Template to be reviewed by counsel before go-live.

Purposes

To provide the access you bought, secure accounts and exam integrity, produce results and certificates, and — if you agree — send you study tips and offers.

Retention

Proctoring media: 90 days unless there is an incident. Attempts and results: life of the account. Certification records: 5 more years.

Sharing

Technical providers (hosting, payment, messaging) and, for enrolments through a school, your school. We never sell data.

Your rights

Access, correction, erasure, objection and portability under Cameroon's personal data protection law, PIPEDA in Canada and a GDPR-grade baseline. Contact support to use them.
