Refund policy

Principle

A pass that has not been activated can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. An activated or used pass is refundable only for a technical problem on our side. Template to be reviewed by counsel before go-live.

Requests

Ask from your order or through support. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Codes and resellers

Codes bought from a reseller are refunded by that reseller, for unused codes.

Access

A refund ends the related access immediately.
