Purpose

These terms govern the use of LocalHost Academy's exam preparation and delivery platform (the "Platform"). Template to be reviewed by counsel before go-live.

Account

You are responsible for your account and your registered devices. An account is personal: sharing it leads to suspension.

Passes and access

A pass gives access to the modes and for the duration shown at purchase. Passes, codes and access are not transferable unless stated otherwise.

Exam integrity

You must not copy, publish or share questions, use automated tools or get help during a test. A confirmed leak leads to account suspension and may lead to legal action.

Content

Questions and explanations are protected. Exam names belong to their vendors; the Platform is not affiliated with any of them unless stated otherwise.

Liability

Preparation is not a guarantee of passing, except under the "Pass Guarantee" offer and its conditions.

Changes

We may change these terms; a new version must be accepted to keep using the Platform.
